Who's in a spin? Are you going round the bend?
So, we have completed week one of our ‘round the equator’ challenge! A big round of applause to everyone taking part and a pat on the back for doing your bit to help a worthy charity. We've raised just over £1,000 so far.
Give a nudge to any cycling buddies you know who have not signed up, its not to late!
So here are the stats..
Collectively we are a quarter of the way through our challenge and we are a little ahead of what is needed to complete a full lap of planet Earth.
It may be marginal but its congratulations to Little Bridge House for taking the win at the end of week one. Just know, your lead is not safe!
Who's put the most effort in? Some of you may have guessed…well done on a mighty 420 Km to Dave Wride.
So, who has got the pedal power and staying power to challenge him in week 2? There's a CDRC challenger this year. Dave Harmer was only 9Km behind him.
Remember to log all your miles whether they are on the turbo, or ‘real’ miles out there in the glorious February weather!
If you think that you've paid a donation and have been missed of the totals then please leave a comment and we'll pick it up with you.
Till next week guys and gals, keep pedalling!
