Ride Leader 1st Aid Kits

Back in August last year 25 of our Ride Leaders completed a Emergency 1st Aid qualification. Now we're offering them a free kit as an option to take with them on rides.

Lots of trained 1st aiders, but not much 1st Aid kit being carried. The commercially available options were bulky, expensive and never seemed to have what we were looking for.

You may also remember that there was a discussion at the AGM on what should be in a kit. Ricky and Stuart went away and came up with a solution.

Whilst it may look simple there's a lot of thought behind this. We can't thank them enough.

Light and jersey pocket friendly, £2.65 cost per kit!

Key Points

Our Ride Leaders have no obligation to carry this, or any other 1st Aid kit. It's entirely up to them, there is also no expectation from the Club.

Providing 1st Aid remains entirely at the Ride Leaders discission. There is no legal duty on them.

But that being said, we hope that there's a kit available should it be needed, along with some basic knowledge on how to use it.

If there is an incident then please let us know as soon as you can. Link below
