Welcome to PCC’s Winter Charity Challenge 2025!
Pedalling off on Monday 3rd February!
Once again, we have invited Clevedon & District Road Cycling Club to join us in our annual charity cycling event.
This year we are raising money for Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW), an incredible charity who have one of their 3 hospices located a stone’s throw from Portishead. CHSW provide hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family.
The challenge will consist of pedalling as many metres as we can in 4 weeks, finishing on Sunday 2nd March.
There will be 3 teams, each with its own Strava team and the live stream of each teams totals will be available for you to follow on the PCC website. The team with the most metres in the bank at the end of the challenge will be crowned Challenge Champions 2025! As an extra motivator lets see which team can be the first to cycle the equivalent distance of a lap of Earth! No prize but you will have the bragging rights forever!
As usual, your metres can be climbed in the real world or virtually – as long as you are on a bicycle it all counts.

The donation is a suggested donation so please feel free to give whatever you can, but we would ask that you donate something if you are taking part.
